NSAC Welcomes New President Eric Krienert for 2022-2023 Term

CENTERVILLE, OHIO, September 6, 2022—The National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (NSAC) is pleased to announce that Eric Krienert, CPA, Partner at Moss Adams LLP, has been named NSA National President for the 2022-2023 term.

 

Founded in 1936, the NSAC is a professional society comprised of approximately 1,600 individual members actively involved with the financial management and planning of cooperative businesses. The organization provides professionals with education, resources, and connections needed to stay on the cutting edge, and is the only association actively addressing the needs of cooperatives.

 

Eric Krienert, CPA, has worked in public accounting since 1997. He is a partner with Moss Adams LLC, and is experienced in tax planning and consulting for large partnerships and corporations in the food and agriculture industries, but his specialty lies in cooperatives. He provides services related to patronage philosophy and formulating patronage allocation programs based on book, tax, and hybrid programs; equity planning; mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other combinations; non-qualified equities; and domestic manufacturing deduction and taxation. He has served on NSAC's board since 2016 and is a frequent speaker on cooperative tax issues at the Tax, Finance & Accounting Conference for Cooperatives and for the National Council for Farmer Cooperatives.
